Our bid response offers managed solutions. Our bid writing team works with a number of retained clients to provide a completely outsourced pre-qualification (PQQ) and tender (ITT) response service.
For these clients we manage all of their submissions, building up an extensive database of compelling responses, case studies, CVs and evidence that is used to complete the work in the most efficient way possible. These managed solutions are done using our EasyPQQ bid submission software. The software allows us to search for responses to previously asked questions, reuse graphics, attach files, and automatically answer most pre-qualification documents at the press of a button.
Must-win PQQs and complex tenders are initiated within a facilitated workshop with a client’s senior management team. This ensures that we analyse the client requirements, key values and deliverables. Using this information we collect evidence from the delivery teams that are relevant to the bid and introduce added value that aligns with their clients’ value drivers.
Final reviews and amends are then undertaken collaboratively during a ‘red review’ and then when everyone is happy with the work the client signs it off.
Our in-house graphic design team work with our clients throughout the process to develop and create professional looking submissions, from initial concepts through to print and delivery where necessary.
